Terms of Engagement

By entering the Disilia ecosystem, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by this Usage Manifesto. These terms govern your access to and engagement with our curated platforms, products, and proprietary 3D interfaces.

If you find yourself in disagreement with any clause within this document, we respectfully request that you cease all engagement with the platform immediately.

All content within the Disilia House, including but not limited to typography, 3D silhouettes, color palettes, and curated narratives, remains the exclusive Intellectual Heritage of Disilia. Unauthorized replication, distribution, or commercial exploitation of these assets is strictly prohibited and protected by international copyright conventions.

Disilia grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to engage with our platform for personal acquisition and curation purposes only. Under this license, you may not:

• Modify or harvest the platform's proprietary code.
• Use our trademarks or visual identity for unauthorized promotion.
• Attempt to breach our secure 'Zero-Leak' data silos.

Placing an order with Disilia constitutes an offer to acquire our curated goods. All orders are subject to acceptance by our executive review board. We reserve the right to limit order quantities or cancel boutique acquisitions at our sole discretion, particularly in cases where stock integrity is compromised or unauthorized resale is suspected.

All settlements are processed through encrypted, high-security gateways. By providing a payment method, you authorize Disilia to charge the full executive total, including applicable boutique logistics and taxes. Prices are subject to refinement without prior notice based on currency fluctuations or global artisan supply shifts.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Disilia shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our platform. All products are provided under the Disilia Quality Guarantee, but use of these materials remains at the sole risk of the patron.

This Manifesto shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be settled exclusively within the courts of Austin, TX.
