01. Excellence Guarantee

Every acquisition from the Disilia House is vetted through multiple layers of quality assessment. We stand behind our curation. If a piece does not reflect our commitment to excellence, we provide a structured logistics framework for resolution.

02. Eligibility Ledger

We offer a 30-day eligibility window from the moment of delivery. To be accepted for return, items must exist in their "Original State"β€”unworn, unwashed, and accompanied by all proprietary Disilia packaging, labels, and seals intact.

03. Heritage Exclusions

For reasons of hygiene, environmental integrity, and security, certain "Heritage Categories" are ineligible for return:

  • All Nutritional Supplements and Wellness Nodes once the vacuum seal is compromised.
  • Personal Care and Beauty liquids/creams.
  • Bespoke commissioned pieces or personalized furniture.
  • Final Acquisition (Clearance) items.

04. Strategic Logistics

To initiate a return, proceed as follows:

  1. I. Authentication Access your Executive Dashboard and select 'Authenticate Return' for the specific acquisition.
  2. II. Documentation Receive and print your proprietary logistics label.
  3. III. Secure Transit Dispatch the package using our approved luxury courier network.

05. Quality Bureau Review

Upon arrival at our distribution enclave, every returned item undergoes a baseline 48-hour inspection by our Quality Bureau Review team. We assess for any microscopic signs of usage or damage that would disqualify the item from being reintegrated into our collection.

06. Capital Disbursement

Once a return is authenticated and passed through the Quality Bureau, disbursement will be initiated to your original settlement method. This process typically resolves within 5 to 10 executive business days, depending on your financial institution's processing nodes.
